Courtni Hale - Executive Director

Courtni Hale is a graduate of American University's School of International Service in Washington DC and was honored with a National Merit Scholarship, acquiring two bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Latin American Studies in 1997.

Since then she has lived abroad in Spain, Mexico, and Chile, searching for cultural heritages that might lead us in our times of need, as we face global crises – social, economic, and environmental. Rev. Hale was an independent contract consultant in Delaware, working as a simultaneous Spanish interpreter for the Public Defenders, the Police, and Attorney General's Office.

Becoming a mother in 2004 led her to pursue studies of natural healing, shamanism and sustainability.

PeterMoulson

Peter Moulson - Director of Outreach

In 24 years of private business and non-profit communications, marketing and fundraising in New Mexico, Peter has creatively provided advice and direction to develop sustainable and financially stable nonprofit organizations including under-served and disadvantaged communities, while engaging in highly successful fundraising. Peter uses his skills to give back to those who need his experience and energy.

Peter is the actively engaged father of two grown children and has worked with children in many settings, learning as much from the children and their parents as in the traditional model of teacher/student.

Peter uses his communication skills to work with electronic media, print, radio and TV, and more traditional face-to-face conversations to support the organizations he is involved in. "Communication is the key."

Peter believes in developing a strong sense of community, not solely for companionship but to learn from each other. TNCK offers just such community, learning and support, and education in the skills of sustainability.
