writes for well known publications, and speaks at events as an expert in using variable data marketing...

Aaron provides customized communications training for vendors, solution sales training for end users, presents at industry events, and provides consulting with clients. He has sixteen years of experience in various roles within the Graphics Arts and Printing Industry.

Before joining InfoTrends, he held the position of Vice President of Digital Communications at The Premium Color Group. In this role, he facilitated the transitioning initiative of a print service provider (PSP) to a full service Marketing Solutions Provider (MSP). In addition to re-branding the organization and implementing a focused vertical go-to-market strategy he re-positioned the business through solid business and marketing plans and developed a portfolio of digital communication solutions that included: short run on-demand digital printing, all levels of variable data printing, e-Business B2B and B2C Web-to-print solutions, multi-channel marketing communications, and a Digital Photo Production System (DPPS) – a Web-based digital photo production portal for B2C e-commerce of digital photo printing products and merchandise. As part of his efforts in re-inventing the company’s brand, he converted their sales model from a transactional to a solution-based model through an in-depth training program.

In addition, Mr. Hale held the position of Director of Technology for Aztec in Wilmington, DE. In this role, he implemented standardization of all technical platforms including workflow automation and GRACOL level ICC color management related to imaging, digital printing, and soft proofing. Mr. Hale also managed the development of the company’s Fine Art Reproduction and Digital Photo output business segments, which contributed to a 200% growth of Aztec’s bottom line.

On the vendor side, Mr. Hale has extensive solution sales experience with Ilford Imaging, USA and Eastman Kodak, and he is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
